Kudos to CHRIS BRUMBLE for riding the course in extreme conditions!! With strong sustained winds along with stop-you-in-your-tracks gusting winds, nobody was able to do the course in under 30 minutes (not even the recumbent). Chris did take second in his category!!! :)
