Fast Friday was created by a number of former mountain bikers in the Conejo Valley, California as a weekly road bike race series among friends. Every week, the coveted Tour de France polka dot jersey is handed to the stage winner and the Giro d'Italia magila rosa to the best climber. Every month, the White UCI champion's jersey goes to the monthly points winner. Looking for a ride..post a blog..Pictures are encouraged!

love to meet you for a return to wimpy wednesday, but i guess we are doing a 6:30 mt. bike ride in preparation for moab. sound fun? should be a good time though, and hopefully help to toughen me up for the race. now if i only knew where we are going to ride.....???? enjoy yourself, and I can't wait to ride with you again soon.

I'm going to try to show on Friday. What has been interferring most with my riding has been taking my sons to school-not the injury. So I hope to take you up on your suggestion, Dorothy. Lawrence, I can't go after 9AM, but I appreciate the offer and sentiment.
